How many times wouldn’t you have had the will to choose where to dine, but simply to be able to taste only the best of the culinary scene of Bolzano?

This desire has now come true, and the name of this reality is Dine Around.

Dine Around is a route leading you to the discovery of 4 chefs’ cuisines in one single evening, strolling through the city streets. It all starts at Laurin, where Manuel Astuto will present his appetizer. Then proceed in the direction of restaurant Löwengrube to savor the first course prepared by Marc Bernardi. The third stop is up to Kaiserkron, where you will enjoy the second course by our head chef, Claudio Melis. The fourth, and the last stop is a dessert of Matthias Baroni, served in the magnificent setting of Castle Flavon.

Dine Around is an initiative born within partnership On The Table – Kitchen On the Move, that brings together the four chefs. The route is available 3 days a week, only in the evening, from Tuesday to Thursday, for up to 8 people (more numerous groups must be agreed).

The price per person is 105 €, and it includes:

  • 4 welcomes of the kitchen, one for each restaurant
  • appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert, accompanied by a glass of wine selected for every course
  • the transfers are not included. Therefore, to get to Castle Flavon, you have to move by your own or by taxi. We are available to help you organize the transfers

Given the itinerant nature of the initiative, we suggest that you start the dinner at 19.00 / 19.30.
